relationship within C&N Publishing, Inc.’s franchise system is
about you, the franchisee, being the individual owner of
your own community newspaper.
To be successful in the exciting and rewarding business of
community news, each individual owner will be responsible
for collecting and editing community news articles, selling
business advertisements, and collecting revenue. Whereas, C&N
Publishing, Inc., the franchisor, will be accountable for
handling graphic design, newspaper layout, printing, labeling,
and mailing.
This franchise system is designed to operate as a home-based,
low overhead business. As the individual owner, together
with C&N Publishing, Inc., you will begin building your
knowledge of publishing through our extensive training system.
We will guide you through the critical steps of preparing your
community newspaper to make sure you hit the ground running. We
offer ongoing support through customer service personnel who
have years of hands-on experience relating to the publishing
business, to ensure that all facets of your community newspaper
continues to run smoothly.
C&N Publishing, Inc. will collect a fair and equitable franchise
royalty fee of 7½ % of sales to maintain the franchise
